These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and p897 ("p897," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the p897 online gaming platform accessible at https://p897.club and all associated services, games, promotions, and features.

Where p897 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player does not meet the age eligibility requirement, the account will be suspended and all gameplay, deposits, and associated balances will be placed under review pending verification. Each Player may maintain only one (1) active account on the p897 platform. Multiple accounts created by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers — constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR as required by applicable regulations.
Know Your Customer (KYC): p897 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p897 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
p897 will never contact you via SMS, Messenger, Viber, or any third-party messaging platform to request your login credentials, password, or OTP codes. Any communication purporting to do so is fraudulent and should be reported to p897 support immediately.

All transactions on p897 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to GCash, Maya, or BDO/BPI transactions.
Deposits: All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. p897 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Cashier page. Deposits are generally credited instantly for GCash and Maya; bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes depending on the originating bank.

Suspicious Transactions: p897 is obligated under Philippine AMLA regulations to monitor and report suspicious financial activity. p897 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages across millions of game rounds and do not constitute a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Game Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, p897 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return the stake to the Player's account. If a malfunction results in an erroneous display of a win that would not have been paid under normal operating conditions, p897 reserves the right to void such payment. Malfunction voids all pays and play.
Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time via streaming technology provided through p897's partner studios. All live game results are final once the dealer announces the outcome. Disputes arising from live dealer games are subject to the recorded video footage of the session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p897 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offense.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without p897's express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p897 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
p897's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
p897 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on their own devices.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude p897's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
Amendments: p897 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on their account with at least seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Account Termination by Player: You may close your p897 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification requirements.
Account Suspension by p897: p897 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at its sole discretion, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory direction from PAGCOR, or other lawful reason. Where possible, p897 will notify the Player of the suspension and provide an opportunity to respond, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
